Just replaced all the inks in HP 4620. The red, blue and yellow, all are printed but there is no black colors. I took the black cartridge back to Walmart and got another one and the same thing occurs. Why is this happening?

First use the HP application to check the ink tankers. If everything is good, it means the printer is configured to print in color only. When you print something, click Properties in the Print window and change the printing mode to reflect your needs.
